This pattern is for a soft and snuggly ladybug afghan measuring approximately 36" x 27".

This pattern is written in American crochet terms.

For this project, you should be familiar with crochet terms and abbreviations and be able to chain (ch), single crochet (sc) and work color changes (explained briefly in pattern). The pattern contains a chart for making the ladybug, so you should be VERY comfortable with multiple and frequent color changes. Project requires a size J crochet hook and worsted weight yarn.
